Glia is seeking a highly motivated, growth-minded digital marketer who is passionate about developing integrated demand generation campaigns that help drive engagement and sales-ready leads.

The role:

As a Digital Marketing Associate at Glia, you will partner closely with the Demand Generation and Marketing team to execute paid-media advertisements and publication coordination to achieve pipeline targets. You will specialize in developing digital marketing campaigns that are aligned to our strategic programs, account-based marketing strategies, and the overall customer journey.

What you’ll do: 

  • Be the key driver of digital demand generation campaign execution – working directly with product marketing, brand, web, content strategy, field marketing, and other teams to finalize campaign assets according to pre-set timelines
  • Execute the day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns which can include paid search, publications, and social advertising strategies across B2B business
  • Contribute to digital strategy by recommending innovative digital tactics and campaign approaches to reach key target segments in top countries
  • Identify optimization opportunities, including continuous testing of ad copy and landing pages, including A/B testing
  • Communicate frequently with marketing leaders about upcoming campaigns, manage timelines, track progress, etc.
  • Create and share campaign kits consisting of content, ad images, ad copy for all paid media channels with regions and partner marketing teams.
  • Write or review content for campaign elements, including emails, ads, and campaign landing pages.
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on the status of campaigns by tactics, and campaign sources.
  • Coordinate the creation of ad graphics and copy with the content marketing and design teams
  • Manage project progression and be accountable for campaign launch timelines

Requirements

  • Google Ad Certification - Required 
  • 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably at a B2B tech company
  • 2+ years digital marketing campaign planning and execution experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects with varying deadlines, and multiple stakeholders and approvers
  • Attention to detail with outstanding project management skills
  • Willingness and desire to work within a global, enterprise-level organization
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, SalesLoft, Trello, and similar tools
  • Strong understanding of B2B demand generation principles including lead scoring fundamentals, funnel progression, etc.
  • Excellent written and communication skills required
  • Highly collaborative and flexible
