The role

 As the FP&A Manager at Glia, you will be responsible for managing the Operating plan, supporting strategic decision making and working cross-functionally on key initiatives with a direct impact on our P&L.

 

What you'll do

  • Own the company’s financial model and develop a strong understanding of key financial drivers
  • Support company-wide budgeting and forecasting;  Review budget vs actuals with other department leaders every month
  • Help prepare materials and narratives for board of Director meeting and internal Executive meetings
  • Responsible for building the FY 2023 Operating Plan
  • Partner with the accounting team on the monthly close
  • Develop KPI’s to track company performance 

 

Requirements

  • 7+ years of prior experience in FP&A
  • Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, and Salesforce
  • Outstanding attention to detail coupled with an ability to see the bigger picture
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines and strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
