Glia is expanding its Revenue Operations team in Mexico! We are looking for an enthusiastic, analytical, and detail-oriented professional who will support our business data analytics and systems across our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams

The role

You will support our go-to-market team by structuring data, performing analyses, and making actionable conclusions/recommendations.

What you'll do

  • Uncover market trends and insights to accelerate growth in both existing and new customer segments
  • Lead cross-departmental business reviews of the end-to-end customer lifecycle from lead generation to post-sales
  • Improve data structure and cohesiveness across GTM teams and systems and continue to scale Glia’s data infrastructure with the company’s growth
  • Perform on-demand analyses to advise and support the GTM leadership team
  • Create dashboards and reports to measure departmental performance KPIs and and package the output into a presentable format

Requirements

  • Expertise using Tableau to analyze data and create visualizations
  • Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets
  • Ability to translate analytics to written and verbal recommendations and easily digestible and actionable reporting and dashboards
  • Experience working with data in a CRM (ideally Salesforce)
  • Strong analytical and data management skills
  • Excellent email and social communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of SaaS revenue technology tools (Google Analytics, ZoomInfo, Marketo, etc.) and business metrics

Bonus:

  • Knowledge of B2B SaaS revenue technology tools (Google Analytics, ZoomInfo, Marketo, etc.) and business metrics
  • SQL expertise
  • Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis and visualization
  • Experience using Snowflake
