Marketing Communications Manager

Glia is seeking an ace Marketing Communications Manager to bring creativity and strategy together to expand market imagination and bring fresh possibilities to the contact center industry. This role offers the chance to craft PR and Social campaigns, develop engaging content, and amplify executive voices—all while partnering with a trusted, proven agency team. Responsibilities: 

 

PR + External Communications

  • Develop and lead impactful PR campaigns to position Glia as an industry leader, working with senior leadership and marketing teams 
  • Manage relationships with our PR agency, ensuring strategic execution and measurable results
  • Monitor media for relevant mentions and opportunities while managing crisis communications and overseeing external messaging consistency
  • Develop, maintain, and read out a monthly PR calendar that includes field events, news releases, and earned coverage 
  • Develop and maintain Industry Influencer relations to support marketing and product goals

Brand Communications

  • Create and manage editorial calendars for blogs and social media 
  • Create social content
  • Partner with product marketing and executives to drive analyst relations and organic social media strategy 
  • Maintain brand presence across platforms and coordinate with external review sites to ensure an accurate and compelling representation of Glia
  • Support marketing content production and publication as needed
  • Proofreading and draft proofing for the content team as needed

Speakers Bureau

  • Develop a framework for executive thought leadership, including crafting speaking platforms and preparing presentation materials for industry events 
  • Research and secure relevant speaking opportunities while managing executive readiness and content development
  • Own and manage a speaker’s calendar to report out on upcoming and past engagements 
  • Partner with Growth Marketing to plan for session and speaker applications 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • A bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, English/Communications, Marketing, or a related field is required 
  • The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in public relations, media relations, or influencer marketing 
  • Proficiency in developing content for new media, strong writing and editing skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential 
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their storytelling rhythms
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, agency management experience, and a collaborative, detail-oriented approach will set you up for success 
  • Adaptability, humor, and a figure-it-out, get-it-done mindset are key attributes for thriving in this fast-paced role
  • Financial Services industry experience preferred
