The Manager of Business Development is responsible for onboarding, training, and leading a team of Business Development Representatives and Business Development Analysts . This individual will report to Glia’s Director of Business Development, and will lead BDRs tasked with inbound lead qualification and outbound sales prospecting.
You will be a key manager to a high-profile team, enabling top of funnel growth for the Sales organization, and ultimately achieving our most important corporate goals.
