The role offers an opportunity to work at the heart of Glia’s engineering. Team Engage is responsible for connecting users on the Glia Platform by maintaining user presence, innovating within the workload distribution space, and perfecting CoBrowsing functionality.
As a full-stack developer, you’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining Elixir and Ruby microservices, backed by Postgres and NoSQL stores, like Redis, DynamoDB, and S3. All of our services run on Kubernetes, in Docker containers. Some other technologies you will probably touch on are React, DataDog, Kibana, Kafka, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible.
Since all our product teams are self-reliant, at some point you will work on some features that require front-end work as well. The exact amount will vary depending on the projects your team undertakes.

It would be great if you had prior experience with event-driven architecture as we are taking on this journey together with you.
