We are looking for a Marketing professional to spearhead our efforts to convey our messaging and positioning to our prospects and customers throughout their buyer journey. Our platform shines for in-person conversations and you will be coming up with creative ways to present that value.

The Role

The Sr Manager of Demand Generation is responsible for managing all aspects of demand generation and account-based marketing activities across key digital channels (social, SEM/SEO, email, webinars, trade pubs, re-targeting, intent data, etc.). In this position you’ll be also responsible for planning, budgeting, overseeing the execution, and measuring integrated multichannel marketing programs that support new logo acquisition as well as cross-sell and upsell efforts with existing customers..

What you'll do

  • Build, lead, and grow a high-performing Demand Gen. team that successfully builds quality new business leads that convert to revenue
  • Design, plan, and manage integrated growth marketing programs that create brand engagement, generate high-quality leads, and help those leads convert through the funnel to closed deals
  • Spearhead account-based marketing strategies using our marketing channels to penetrate our key segments of banking, credit unions, and insurance
  • Manage and continually optimize a marketing budget across channels such as SEO/SEM, email, social, retargeting, and native content ads
  • Partner with trade publications in our target market to ensure maximum exposure by our prospects to the Glia brand and relevant content
  • Develop an effective program marketing mix to attain enterprise lead targets and revenue goals; create an integrated, multi-channel marketing plan utilizing various marketing tactics including email, advertising, events, 3rd party engagements, thought-leadership opportunities, etc.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in B2B marketing programs and demand generation, both developing and executing programs
  • Minimum of 3 years’ "hands-on" work experience using the Marketo marketing automation platform
  • Google AdWords and Google Tag Manager experience a must, experience with other PPC providers (Bing Ads, Yahoo, etc.) preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of customer acquisition across multiple channels
  • Experience with sales development systems (e.g. Salesloft, Outreach, Yesware) is preferred
  • Experience with data cleansing, data stewardship, and data manipulation
  • Experience with enterprise reporting of marketing/sales performance

  • Marketo Certification a plus, Salesforce.com certification a plus
