We're looking for a passionate, experienced CCaaS or CX professional to join our team as a Sales Director.

The Role

As Sales Director, you’ll play an invaluable role in Glia's growth strategy. You’ll lead our talented team of account executives, and focus on delivering new and strategic expansion revenue across a series of target accounts.

Leverage your proven experience to shape our sales motion/strategy and work with Sales leadership that has built +$100M SaaS companies.

What you'll do

  • Manage and coach a team of Enterprise Sales Representatives 
  • Develop expertise in the digital transformation
  • Sell using a consultative, quantitative and challenger approach
  • Create compelling ROI analyses to illustrate the value of our platform
  • Negotiate and close large contracts with multiple stakeholders

Requirements

  • 2+ years working in or selling to Contact Centers
  • 3+ years of Enterprise SaaS Sales experience
  • Consistent over-achievement track record 
  • Excellent phone, email, and social communication skills
  • Understanding of complex sales processes
  • Financial Services industry experience is a plus
