We are looking for an energetic, people-oriented, and diligent People Operations Specialist. This role will report to our New York City office to create and support an exceptional work environment for the Glia team. You will also drive employee engagement through online events for our remote team. This role will be a well known face to Glia and have the opportunity to create foundational impact on a high growth company.

Customers should be able to engage with a brand from where they’re most comfortable and move seamlessly to other modes of communication as needed. Brands should be able to see the customer’s screen to instantly understand the customers’ point of view, and be their co-pilot to a satisfying experience.
