We are looking for an energetic, people-oriented, and diligent person with supreme English skills to join our Talent&People Team in Tartu. 

The role 

We are looking for someone self-driven with a great attitude and an active approach towards life. Glia is in a period of rapid growth and we truly believe that a People Operations Specialist is someone who makes sure everything is running smoothly on a daily basis.

What you'll do:

  • Working closely with our Global Team to oversee the functioning of our offices and create an exceptional work environment.
  • Liaise with facility management and service providers (e.g. cleaning, security service)
  • Budget management and monitoring Support the implementation of our health and safety regulation
  • Ensure proper supplies inventory in our Global offices (computer, headsets, snacks...etc)
  • Lead the organization of team events 
  • Support our recruitment events 


  • Positive attitude and a creative mind
  • Experience in organizing and executing events
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication in English and Estonian, written and verbal.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Currently living in Tartu or willing to relocate
  • Willingness to learn about health and safety regulations
