The role:

The Content Marketing Manager for Banking is responsible for the creation and maintenance of B2B banking-related content across key written and digital channels (collateral, presentations, social, SEM/SEO, email, webinars, videos), for internal and external Glia audiences.

You will work with cross-functional colleagues in all areas of Glia, under the direction of Product Marketing leadership, to create assets that elevate our messaging and positioning to our Bank and Credit Union prospects and customers throughout the buyer journey as well as to the Glia team and the analyst/media communities.


Our platform shines for Digital Customer Service (DCS), and you will develop content and tools to articulate that value to the banking community. You will also collaborate with Revenue Marketing, to provide content that ensures integrated multi-channel marketing program effectiveness for new logo acquisition and cross-sell and upsell efforts with existing customers.

What you’ll do: 

  • Write compelling content that articulates and differentiates Glia’s DCS solution, creates urgency, and drives new business, client expansion, and awareness within the banking industry in line with company objectives and revenue goals.
  • Study Glia technology, customers/partners, the marketplace, and competitors
  • Develop audience-specific messaging, positioning, and engaging content in multiple formats based on the strategy, goals, key trends, competitive landscape and points of differentiation.
  • Work with the Design team and stakeholders throughout the business, to coordinate the successful implementation of content, and day-to-day maintenance, across customer touch points (including website, blog, collateral, white papers, case studies, videos, presentation slides, etc.), and project-manage large-scale changes as necessary.
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue Marketing teams to ensure highly integrated content delivery, providing recommendations on new tools as required, to help improve product marketing efficiency.
  • Work with Product Marketing and Revenue Marketing on usage metrics

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years content creation experience in B2B SaaS or Fintech marketing or similar
  • Experience working with and writing to influence stakeholders in the Bank Industry
  • Track record of creating compelling content that attracts and engages target audiences, with a strong understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Experience curating content for campaigns and feeding of Sales Enablement/CMS and marketing automation platforms
  • Desire to tackle challenging and diverse tasks, strong organizational skills, work ethic and attention to detail, superior professionalism, resourcefulness, and judgment
  • Comfortable talking with customers and partners.
  • Strong writing and editing skills a must
