Glia is looking for a dynamic, creative, and growth-minded public relations professional with an innovative thinking and collaborative style who thrives in a fast-paced environment to help amplify Glia’s brand awareness.

The role:

As a Public Relations Associate at Glia, you will focus on planning and implementing marketing and advertising activities. You will assist the Marketing team with leading public relations functions and media content to help promote Glia’s brand awareness. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Coordinate all public relations activities, both internally and with the support of our external agencies
  • Assist in developing public relations plans, including media strategy
  • Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media
  • Manage media inquiries and interview requests
  • Support creation of content for press releases, byline articles, and speaker presentations
  • Monitor, analyze, and communicate results on a quarterly basis
  • Perform media training of corporate spokespeople as appropriate
  • Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness
  • Help build and edit content to attract qualified audiences through different marketing platforms (i.e. social media, earned media, etc.)
  • Write blog pieces and assist with social media content to increase customer engagement and prospective sellers.
  • Help with maintaining the Social Media Content Calendar
  • Oversee our public presence by collaborating with senior leadership to shape PR strategies for our mission, vision, and values
  • Monitor social media activity and web traffic and assist in preparing reports and analyses for senior team members
  • Assist our marketing and sales team to support product launches, help with promotional events, and other marketing efforts within Glia


  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, public relations, social media-related field, preferably within a B2B Saas company
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communications, public relations, journalism or other relevant areas
  • Ability to drive and produce content to promote brand awareness.
  • Analytical skills with strong attention to detail and experience in measuring marketing insights within a data organization is a plus
  • Demonstrated success in building trusted relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders and partners.
  • Experience working and collaborating with a sales and client-facing team and working independently.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills and the ability to write compelling copy are a must
  • A track record of developing and delivering communication strategies
  • Experience in working closely with journalists and responding to media requests
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong project management and decision-making skills
  • Experience in briefing and media training senior spokespeople
