We are a rapidly growing team seeking a passionate professional to join our Executive Leadership team as an Administrative Business Partner. In this role, you will be an invaluable partner to our COO in a strategic and tactical capacity.

What you'll do

  • Act as an all-around gatekeeper and strategically manage the COO’s time with respect to priorities, goals, and objectives.
  • Monitor inbox, draft email correspondence, and respond on behalf of the COO in a timely manner.
  • Help with special projects including enabling GTM strategy, relationship management, etc.
  • Prepare and attend virtual and in-person meetings for Executives and departments.
  • Arrange and organize travel for executives
  • Help plan and execute upcoming leadership events
  • Be an integral part to help execute on a varying range of projects.
  • Prepare expense reports, process invoices, and track payments.
  • Prepare, draft, proofread and execute accurate business correspondence using excellent communication skills.

Requirements

  • You have 5 -10+ years of Executive Administration experience or similar role
  • Passion for learning
  • You pride yourself on excellent, clear verbal and written communication.
  • You have a proven track record of building strong relationships across the business with individual contributors and key stakeholders
  • You are a trusted advisor and a partner.
  • You're driven by creating measurable goals and never stop improving processes.
  • At your core, you are a strategic thinker, problem solver, and builder.
  • Enthusiastic leader with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
  • Experience managing confidential information in a discreet manner.
  • Known for taking initiative.
