Our Solutions team is a world-class collection of individuals that are focused on driving value for our clients. We are essentially a top-tier technology and strategy consulting practice. We are looking for someone with a strong technical skill set that is also looking to interact directly with partners and customers. You will leverage your consultative selling experience to help prospects understand the business problems that Glia solves.

 

What you'll do

  • Work hand-in-hand with Partner Sales Engineer to prototype, develop, and support partner integrations. Write scripts, leverage APIs, debug in the Chrome console, and pair-program with external engineers.
  • Support partner onboarding discussions. Assist in developing Proof of Concepts, formulate mutual demos, and aid in closing partnership agreements.
  • Drive complex integration cycles, managing internal and external engineering resources.
  • Develop and document scalable solutions that can be reused across multiple partners and customers.
  • Be a Glia Product Expert; Work with Sales and Success to understand market needs product gaps and prototype new solutions. Demo like a Pro.
  • Be the liaison between the Partner team and our Direct Sales Engineers & Solutions Architects.
  • Attend partner conferences and on-sites; be a technical evangelist that drives partner engagement.

 

Requirements 

  • Experience in successfully scaling SaaS solutions for partner integrations 
  • Technically strong  with working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience working in a deadline-oriented environment with high attention to quality
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
  • Passionate about working alongside customers and partners 
  • Self-starter with the energy, drive, and determination to accomplish goals
