We are growing quickly and so is our Field Marketing team! The team is starting to verticalize and we are seeking a  passionate and revenue oriented event marketing professional looking to own Glia's Insurance event series as our Field Marketing Manager, Insurance! 

The Role:

You will spearhead our Conference strategy and Glia Event Series for our Insurance vertical. Our platform shines for in-person conversations and you will be coming up with creative ways to present that value. You will also lead Glia’s presence at virtual events as they are now a large part of the field marketing calendar.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate and execute the events marketing strategy for 25+ annual trade shows, partnership events and industry conferences, including developing plans, managing budgets, and serving as the liaison between sales leadership and corporate marketing
  • Conduct vendor and venue research for hosted and attended events, negotiating with venues, managing supplier relationships, and coordinating on-site logistics
  • Ensure events are delivered on time and within budget by setting, communicating, and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project
  • Provide leadership and input on field requirements for integration into corporate-run marketing programs
  • Ensure feedback flows from sales leadership to marketing leadership to drive alignment of event marketing investment to sales goal attainment

What You'll Bring:

  • 3-7 years of experience in events marketing roles with proven results
  • Revenue-focused mindset; you want your events to help grow the business
  • Experience in Insurtech or Insurance; Strongly preferred 
  • Track record of developing targeted marketing campaigns across verticals, solutions, and products to achieve revenue targets
  • Domestic travel will be required for this position as in-person events have resumed
  • Proven ability to collaborate with sales teams 
  • Experience managing detailed events & programs budgets
  • Excellent communicator with superior verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
