The Role:

Join Glia as a Recruiter, where your expertise will drive our efforts to attract top-tier talent. With a focus on go-to-market (GTM) and business recruiting, you will play a crucial role in supporting our company's growth, particularly in Sales. Leverage your skills and experience to ensure we bring in the best candidates to fuel our expansion.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • End-to-End Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
  • Crafting Recruitment Strategies: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and materials to meet our growth objectives.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and People teams to creatively promote career opportunities and enhance our employer brand.
  • Proactive Candidate Sourcing: Utilize diverse channels to build a pipeline of exceptional candidates, going beyond conventional platforms.
  • Networking and Partnerships: Establish and maintain a network of strong GTM candidates through multiple channels, ensuring Glia is an employer of choice.
  • Advising Hiring Managers: Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure candidates receive a seamless and personalized experience, reflecting Glia's commitment to excellence.
  • Process Optimization: Leverage data analytics and recruitment metrics to inform and optimize hiring strategies. 
  • Diversity and Inclusion Focus: Drive initiatives to ensure our recruiting practices align with Glia's Diversity and Inclusion commitment.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly in GTM and business roles.
  • Proven track record in recruiting for Sales roles within fast-growing B2B SaaS companies.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure talent using both cash and equity.
  • Ability to design, implement, and optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player who can work effectively in a team environment.
  • Located in the CST to EST time zones. (remote work) 
  • Bachelor's degree.
