The Industry team at Glia is responsible for delivering tailored messaging, content and campaigns to ensure that Glia is seen as a leader in delivering the best customer interactions in our target verticals within Financial Services. This is a unique opportunity to help build a Banking program from the ground up in a highly cross-functional role. This person will have a deep understanding of the Banking industry, Glia’s products. They will deliver messaging, and go-to-market strategies working with Glia’s marketing, sales, and product management teams. 



  • Define the business plan and go-to-market for the category, including sizing, segmentation, and prioritizing market opportunity
  • Deliver creative and compelling messaging that clearly articulates and reinforces Glia’s brand and value proposition the buyer personas and use cases for our largest and fastest growing vertical.
  • Be the public face of Glia’s banking business at conferences, with customers and prospects, and internal stakeholders. 
  • Drive the creation of content for all stages of the buyer journey from thought leadership to product demonstrations
  • Work with the broader marketing team to build and execute an industry growth plan for Banking.
  • Engage internal leaders and teams across functions to get support from stakeholders.
  • Develop market/competitive positioning and rationale to demonstrate how Glia works and excels for the target audience & buying center. Partner with sales to differentiate against competition and accelerate opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement materials that make it easy for sales to understand our Banking narrative, product offerings, and positioning.
  • Create content and work with campaign, events and field marketing teams to drive field marketing, events, and digital campaigns to drive pipeline and accelerate opportunities.
  • Partner with product management to distill key functionality and benefits into core product marketing messages.
  • Communicate customer requirements and provide input to product management on product enhancements and future product direction.
  • Mentor/Manage other industry leads


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  •  10 years of experience in Financial Services and  SaaS industry
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills and ability to influence 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with sensitivity to cross-cultural, cross-audience, multimedia and data-driven communications
  • Experience enabling or engaging with sales teams and channels
