Glia’s Internal IT team plays an integral part of Glianeers day-to-day lives. To make sure all Glianeers are supported, our IT Engineers work in two time zones (Estonia and Mexico), helping colleagues resolve their IT related challenges and setting them up for success!
For this role, we hire in: Estonia (remote or in our offices in Tallinn or Tartu).
The role
At Glia, Team Leads play a critical role in the growth and sustainability of our effective organization. You will be responsible for the people, processes and delivery of our Internal IT Support team. You will make sure that the team is working well together and that their activities are aligned with the stakeholders. The team chooses their own priorities, thus you will have a big say on the future direction of Glia!
