We are looking for a Sales Leader to drive a strategic roadmap for Glia’s largest accounts globally. You’ll lead our talented team of Account Executives focused on the financial services industry. This role is perfect for elite talent with consistent performance in winning 7-figure deals, new business and expansion deals.

Leverage your proven experience to shape our sales motion/strategy and work alongside Sales leadership with proven performance. 

What you'll do

  • Lead, coach, develop and inspire a team of Strategic Account Executives , prioritize and execute enterprise deals and enable the team to deliver revenue growth in our largest deals. 
  • Define a strategic plan to deliver on revenue monthly, quarterly and annual goals while continuing to improve on internal operations to drive efficiencies 
  • Develop expertise in the digital transformation across the sales team and prospective clients of Glia. Drive DCS (Digital Customer Services) forward within financial services. 
  • Leverage data for decision making and measuring marketing effectiveness; Report all Growth, KPI’s etc to C-level executives. 
  • Develop strong business relationships with prospects and existing clients in our industry and demonstrate a high level of business acumen to effectively diagnose the business needs of prospects. 
  • Create compelling ROI analyses to illustrate the value of our platform to financial services within our target global markets
  • Partner with leaders across the organization to drive sales and other key objectives across the line. 
  • Sell using a consultative, quantitative and challenger approach


  • A minimum of 5+ years of Strategic SaaS Sales leadership experience with at least 2+ years working in or selling to Financial Services
  • A skilled hunter for large logos, with a strong understanding of financial institutions 
  • Demonstrated success of leading high performing and overachieving teams focused on large enterprise accounts 
  • Strong ability to accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of complex sales processes and cycles 
  • Contact Center Software knowledge is a plus
